EPE Waste Scrap Removing Machine
Application: Removing the waste scrap from the stamped EPE.
Operational Principle: The compression leg is installed above the waste scrap which needs to be removed, and the compression leg is driven by the oil cylinder to press out the waste scrap quickly.
The Performance of the Machine and Advantages: The upper end of the compression leg is equipped with a magnet, to select the appropriate position through the dense porous plate and can be sucked on the upper plate. Therefore, it is no need to customize the upper die, nor to customize the bottom die. There are two dense card slot below, with a number of iron bars. Iron bars placed in different card slots to play the role of the bottom die. It’s easy to use and being flexible.
