Application: Automatic laminate irregular shaped EPE, widely used in air conditioner packaging and computer packaging, or EPE box packaging.
Operational Principle: Through the rising and horizontal movement of vertical ironing board, as well as the horizontal movement of the work station fixture, to complete the laminating of vertical surface, then mechanical gripper takes the laminated part to be heated in a horizontal hot plate, and then pressed to the bottom plate to be laminated together.
The Performance of the Machine:
Smooth operation of the machine, the use of multi axis servo control, can complete a vertical surface in one time, the horizontal direction of the laminating in different directions, the production efficiency is significantly improved.
