EPE Longitudinal and Transverse Cutting Machine


Application: It’s mainly used for the slicing of the EPE plate, replacing the traditional vertical cutting machine.


Operational Principle: With PLC servo motor control, using our own designed variable speed control roller, to locate the length of the product to be processed.


The Performance of the Machine and Advantages:
1.With Japanese MITSUBISHI PLC, Taiwan Weinview touch screen, being stable reliability and high precision.
2.With electromagnetic clutch control for both upper and lower cutting knife, being more faster, material saving, less front edge and tail.
3.Front edge is about 10mm, after the tail is about 10mm. The tail is about 60-90mm for  similar equipment in the filed, it can save about CNY300-2000 a day for user.
